The park is administered by the municipal company “Industrial Park – Ryahovets” JSC, which maintains the infrastructure and ensures the necessary conditions for business development. This initiative is part of the municipality’s strategy for sustainable economic growth, increased employment, and improved living standards in the region.
The “Ryahovets” Industrial Park spans an area of 302,111 sq.m., located in the eastern industrial zone of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The designated plots accommodate various types of activities, including manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial operations.
