This directly addresses the development of the Northern and Eastern industrial zones of Gorna Oryahovitsa, including the activity: Construction of the Ryahovets Industrial Park.

For the operation of a modern industrial park and to achieve sustainable development of a competitive park, it is necessary to build leading technical infrastructure, a gas transmission network, and establish power supply from two independent sources.

Construction of internal technical infrastructure within the boundaries of Ryahovets Industrial Park and exercising architectural supervision over projects: construction of the gas transmission network and branches to the plots within the park area, construction and reconstruction of water supply and sewage infrastructure, construction of internal roads and sidewalks to the park’s plots, lighting, landscaping, and exercising architectural supervision.

Within the property of Ryahovets Industrial Park, a multifunctional building will be constructed – an Exhibition and Trade Complex. The complex will host events of various types – exhibitions and fairs; displays; seasonal events such as Christmas bazaars, farmers’ markets, etc. Additionally, halls for business conferences and seminars, educational and scientific events are planned.

A small administrative building will also be constructed to serve the needs of the Industrial Park.
